Holiday & Weekend Guidelines

To ensure that all members are able to use and enjoy the resort, the weekends listed on the right have a 3 night minimum.

* Memorial Day Weekend May 26 to May 30
* 4th of July Weekend - June 30 to July 5
* Labor Day Weekend - September 1 to 5

Coast to Coast and RPI Members are not permitted to camp on these weekends.

THE PURPOSE OF THESE PROCEDURES FOR RESERVATIONS IS TO ENSURE THAT THE RESORT HAS MAXIMIZED THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THE PARK EVERYDAY OF THE REGULAR SUMMER CAMPING SEASON ANS EXTEND THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND THE FRINGE CAMPING SEASON.

 SEASONAL LEASED SITES AKA PROMOTIONAL SITES- May be booked thru Delina Christie in our Sales Department at 920-261-7505 ext. 18 or e-mail at delina@theriverbendresort.com  depending upon availability.

GROUP SITES FOR MEMBERS (FEBUARY 18TH, 2008) - May be booked thru Shelly Swisher the Reservations Manager at 920-261-7505 ext. 34 or e-mail at swisher_shelly@yahoo.com  depending upon availability. Groups can be made by the primary member only with a 100% payment must be put down at time of booking. No groups will be booked over a holiday weekend.

GROUP SITES FOR GENERAL PUBLIC (MARCH 3RD, 2008) – May be booked thru Shelly Swisher the Reservations Manager at 920-261-7505 ext. 34 or e-mail at swisher_shelly@yahoo.com depending upon availability. A 100% payment must be made at time of booking. No groups will be booked over a holiday weekend.

UDI MEMBERS (MARCH 17TH, 2008) – Are allowed to make up to (4) reservations per visit. This can be done for the entire season. Members are especially encouraged to reserve any desired site for a holiday weekend as the condo members can begin booking on April 1st, and the general public on May 1st. a 100% payment must be made on your combined stay; it is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

CONDO MEMBERS (APRIL 1ST, 2008) – Are allowed to make up to (4) reservations per visit. This can be done for the entire season. Members are especially encouraged to reserve any desired site for a holiday weekend as the general public can begin booking on May 1st. This is considered a second site and fees will be charged accordingly. A 100% payment must be made on your combined stay; it is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

ONLY THE PRIMARY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK A RESERVATION. NO ASSOCIATE MEMBER MAY BOOK A RESERVATION UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED BY THE PRIMARY MEMBER. RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE IN PERSON, OVER THE PHONE WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION, OR BY E-MAIL.

GENERAL PUBLIC (MAY 1ST, 2008) – Is allowed to make up to (4) reservations per visit on the 150 UDI sites, provided there is availability. A 100% deposit on your combined stay is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

27 FOOT FULLY EQUIPPED PREMIUM TRAVEL TRAILER – Is a (3) night minimum, whether or not you stay the full 3 nights during the week or on the weekend. A 100% payment plus a $300.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The deposit will be credited back after Housekeeping has gone through to check for damage or missing items.

CANCELLATION POLICY- FAILURE TO CANCEL 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE 100% PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT IF REQUIRED, AS RIVER BEND RV RESORT WOULD NOT HAVE ADEQUATE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT SITE WITH LESS TIME.

CANCELLATION POLICY- MEMBERS 1ST SITE – FAILURE TO CANCEL 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A $35.00 CANCELLATION FEE THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR MONTHLY DUES STATEMENT, AS RIVER BEND EV RESORT WOULD NOT HAVE ADEQUATE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT SITE WITH LESS TIME.

...not paying dues hurts everyone!

The following penalties will apply to all past due accounts:

1. A late payment fee of $25 per month will be assessed.
2. A finance charge will be assessed on the past due amount.
3. Gate access cards will be inactive for the entire household.
4. There will be a loss of the privilege to make campsite reservations.
5. There will be a loss of the privilege to make early reservations.
...if 30 days past due, can't reserve until February 10th (was February 1st)
...if 60 days past due, can't reserve until February 20th (was February 1st)
...if 6 months past due, can't reserve until April 1st (was February 1st)

• Remember, reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis and the
Resort was booked solid 12 of 15 weekends in 2007.

• Please remember to keep your dues current and contemplate paying in advance.
...Any dues account 60 days past due will be reported to the Credit Bureaus.
...Any dues account over 180 days past due will be subject to small claim
action for recovery.

The River Bend Basket Weavers

What to bring: small bucket, spray bottle, small old towel, sharp scissors,
flat tip screw driver.
Novice & experienced weavers are invited to attend our basket weaving class.
This basket is quick and easy - make wonderful gifts.
To reserve your spot and basket kit, email Kerrie Monahan at kers4dogs@aol.com or call 815-206-4801 or 815-735-8573 at least one week before class.
Color accents include your choice of: green, dark blue, burgundy, black, purple.
Basket stain will be offered to finish your basket.
All ages welcome.
