River Bend RV Resort has camping lots for sale.
Currently prices range from $7000.00 - $13,500.00...
prices vary depending on location and facilities on site that could include decks, storage building, etc. These lots are individually owned and deeded and owners have unlimited access to all amenities.

Condominium Lots with RV included

Some lots actually come with an RV. We have lots with everything from varying sizes and styles of travel trailers to luxury park models.
Currently prices range from $8000.00 to $47,900.00

Undivided Interest Ownership

Some people do not want to own their lot individually, but instead share ownership with others and save some money.
If this concept interests you our "Undivided Interest" opportunities are what you are looking for. This ownership option gives you an interest in 150 lots, the right to camp 21 days out of every month, and the use of all amenities.
